After 650 years, the wisdom of the Alhambra is revealedGranada's fortress-palace built by Spain's medieval Moorish rulers, has always fascinated visitors. But what messages do its intricately carved walls hold – poetry, philosophy or piety? The Independent Tuesday, 31 March 2009www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/after-650-years-the-wisdom-of-the-alhambra-is-revealed-1658050.htmlA view of the Alhambra in Granada, built by the Moors in the 14th century Visitors to the Alhambra fortress-palace in Granada have for centuries fallen into a reverie before its intricately carved medieval walls, wondering at the meaning of the Arabic inscriptions that adorn them from floor to ceiling. The script that winds round the filigree arches and pillared courtyards is so stylised that it's often difficult to disentangle words from images, and few can decipher the classical Arabic in which they are written. Now, the carvings have been logged and translated, finally answering the question that has perplexed generations of visitors to Europe's jewel of Muslim architecture: "What are these walls telling me?" Researchers have produced an interactive DVD that decodes, dates and identifies 3,116 of some 10,000 inscriptions carved on the building that symbolises centuries of Muslim rule in Spain and is today the country's top tourist landmark. "There's perhaps nowhere else in the world where gazing upon walls, columns and fountains is an exercise so similar to turning the pages of a book of poems," says Juan Castilla, from the School of Arabic Studies at Spain's Higher Scientific Research Council, whose team produced this still-incomplete guide. Arabic artisans, supervised by poets employed in the 14th-century court of King Yusuf I, drew up the decorative plans and planned the spaces where verses – original, or copied – were to be engraved. So, what do these words say? "There aren't as many as we thought," Dr Castilla confessed. Inscriptions of poetry and verses from the Koran that have inspired generations represent only a minimum percentage of the texts that adorn the Alhambra's walls, despite the mistaken belief that they are smothered in writings of this kind, he said, presenting his study in Madrid. Instead the motto of the Nazrid dynasty – "There is no victor but Allah" – is repeated hundreds of times on walls, arches and columns. Isolated words like "happiness" or "blessing" recur, seen as divine expressions protecting the monarch or governor honoured in each palace or courtyard. Aphorisms abound: "Rejoice in good fortune, because Allah helps you," and "Be sparse in words and you will go in peace." Researchers built upon studies begun 500 years ago by the conquerors of the Nazrid dynasty, who ruled the kingdom of Al Andalus and created this fabulous pile. The Catholic monarchs Ferdinand and Isabella ruthlessly purged Muslims from Spain after 1492, but they were sufficiently curious about their vanquished enemy's heritage, or impressed by the Alhambra's unique beauty, to order specialist translators to study the inscriptions that cover every nook and cranny. For centuries scholars spent half their life, and ruined their eyesight, scrutinising the messages embedded in the geometric tiles or finely carved in the stonework. Among them are verses by the acclaimed Islamic poets Ibn al-Khatib and Ibn Zamrak, some of which describe the place where they appear, such as the Hall of the Two Sisters, which represents a garden: "Moreover we do not know of any other garden/more pleasant in its freshness, more fragrant in its surroundings,/or sweeter in the gathering of its fruits..." wrote Ibn Zamrak. The ceiling represented heaven: "The hands of the Pleiades will spend the night invoking/God's protection in their favour and they will awaken to/the gentle blowing of the breeze./ In here is a cupola which by its height becomes lost from/sight..." the poet wrote.Until now, however, efforts to transcribe such verses have revealed only a fraction of the material. With modern technology, including a 3D laser scanner, "we have achieved not so much a discovery as an exhaustive labour that seeks to register all the inscriptions," said Dr Castilla. At the touch of a mouse, everyone from the specialist to the idly curious can now learn the meaning of the ancient words, see exactly where they are located, and how often they are repeated on the walls. The form of script is also described: angular kufic, whose uprights sprout into decorative foliage, or intertwine; curlicue cursive; or a mixture of forms. In a culture that banned human images, the form as well as the content of the calligraphy was designed to exalt temporal and heavenly rulers. Kufic is used for quotations from the Koran, which tend to be high up on the walls, while the poetry is nearer the ground – further from heaven, scholars say – in elaborately cursive script. The DVD takes you on a virtual tour of all the writings, with details (in Spanish only, so far) of when and how each was created. This first volume covers the citadel-palace of Comares. The Palace of Lions, with its renowned courtyard and fountain, follows later this year. The guide is due to be completed, and reissued in one compilation DVD by 2010.

CUZCO Sacsayhuaman, Inca fortress, The Stone of Twelve Angles Cuzco (Cusco) is located at 11,200 ft. above sea level in the Andes Mountains in Southern Peru. According to Inca legend, the city was founded in the 12th century by the first Inca named Manco Capac, who was said to be the son of the sun. Archeologists believe the city was originally settled earlier by the Wari people, perhaps as long ago as the 8th century. Cuzco was developed, under the Inca Pachacutec, into a complex urban centre with distinct religious and administrative functions. It was surrounded by clearly delineated areas for agricultural, artisan and industrial production. When the Spaniards conquered it in the 16th century, they preserved the basic structure but built Baroque churches and palaces over the ruins of the Inca city. The Incas' engineering medium was stone. They didn't need to use mortar to hold the walls in place. Instead, they used precise geometry to cut the stones and create tight joints. Cuzco is the starting point for trekking and other activities. The Madre de Dios jungle and the Manu National Reserve can be reached by air through Puerto Maldonado or through Tambopata in Puno. Rafting the Vilcanota and Apurimac river, taking the train to Machu Picchu or trekking through the Inca Trail are some of the many activities there are, starting from Cuzco. Four archaeological sites that surround Cuzco: Sacsayhuaman Fortress, amazing and huge stone construction, this place has a great cosmic energy: that is why people think it was an astronomic observatory and an Inca oracle. Q’enqo, a place that was used for worship and ceremonial center. Puca Pucara, a small red fortress Tambomachay or the Inca’s bath, spring of crystalline water "Few places on earth are as beautiful as the Peruvian Highlands. Arriving by dawn at Cuzco, the whitewashed town pulses into a golden light. It feels as if the sun is like a heart, filling the ancient Inca capital with life. The serrated brown hills around disgorge ruins. Yet while their monuments are everywhere, the vision of the people who built them is more difficult to grasp. However, such ancient sites are capable of reminding us of the diversity of human understanding." Toby Green. MORE AND PHOTOS agutie.homestead.com/FiLEs/Cuzco.htmLOCOAZ

The Lord of Sipan reigned approximately 200 A.D.The Lord of Sipan was revealed to the world in 1987. He reigned approximately 200 A.D. and died about 40 years of age. Sipan is located in the northern part of Peru, close to the coast, in the middle of Lambayeque Valley, 35 Kms. at east of Chiclayo. Four tombs have been found in Sipan's Huaca Rajada, the huaca is a mausoleum built by the Moche culture that ruled the northern coast of Peru from the time of Christ to 700 AD, centuries prior to the Incas. It has been dubbed “The Golden Wonder” by Times magazine, and National Geographic has published an article named “Discovering the Richest Tomb in the New World”. It represents, without a doubt, the most important archaeological finding of recent times, and the collection has traveled throughout the world in a series of impressive expos in Europe, the USA and Japan. Sipan's treasures show us the Moche culture's ability with several metals: gold, silver, copper and precious stones in fine quality and a mastery in metallurgy unrivaled in the Americas: masks, necklaces, earrings and other elaborate jewelry. The Moche treasures are exhibited in the Bruning Museum in the city of Lambayeque, only a few miles from Chiclayo. The city also has a fascinating herb market, with all the natural remedies used by the regions's traditional healers. One of the most spectacular items found in the tomb of the "Old Lord of Sipan" was a necklace composed of ten gold beads, each depicting a spider in the center of its web with a body in the form of a human head. Peru's Fountain of YouthHealing Mud from Spaceships? The tiny coastal village of Chilca is renowned for its theraputic Mud and UFO’s By Kathy Doore © 1998 - 2007 Within the lagoons of Chilca can be found a wonderful mud whose molecular structure is unique on earth. A number of medical doctors and local scientists attribute these unexplainable healing properties to the constant fly over of UFO's that seemingly radiate the waters. Reached by a 45-minute drive south from Lima [Peru] along the Pan American Highway, Chilca is located between the sacred “ Temple City of Pachacamac” and the mysterious “ Nazca Lines.” Famous for its healing lagoons, miracle mud, and flying saucers said to infuse the ponds with their "healing properties," the municipality eagerly await their extra-terrestrial visitors with a sign that reads, "You Are Welcome," not necessarily referring to the tourists. During the summer holiday season the entire village transforms into a spa. For this reason, restaurants and lodges are plentiful and never lack in patrons. The economy is sustained by the healing mud, sightings of UFO's, and an industry of brick making. Fountain of Youth The serenity of the parched desert punctuated by an aquamarine coastline and the peculiar coloration of the lagoons, laden with restorative minerals, give the area its mystical quality. The lagoons are said to cure everything from acne to rheumatism and boast numerous cures. Faith in the treatment has given way to a curious enigma as people arrive sick and in a short while depart restored. The nutrient rich mud is applied topically as a natural peel acting to revitalize the cells of the skin and eliminate toxins. After thoroughly muddying oneself, the patron retires to lie in the sun, and bake until done. The secret of the cure is in letting the mud dry very, very well. Several treatments are recommended for best results. Healing Lagoons “The Eyes of the Sea” The "Lagoon of Miracles" with its distinct greenish color containing minerals of chloride of sodium, sulfate, and carbonate of calcium, lies near the entrance of the town and is recommend for skin aliments, acne, rheumatism, and especially arthritis. The "Lagoon of Enchantment" is indeed believed to be enchanted. A crevasse in the interior of the lagoon links it directly with the sea via an underwater canal. This mud is recommended for aliments of the eyes, nerves, joints, and low blood pressure. The "Lagoon of Mellicera" is said to increase fertility which may account for the unusually high birth rate of twins in the village. Used to cure skin and bones aliments, including relief from diabetes, legends of Mellicera lagoon recall a Giant who enjoyed an occasional dip; such importance did the legend command that residents of Chilca never dared bathe in the Giants' bath until recently. Tales of Spaceships and Extraterrestrials The frequent sighting of spaceships emitting spectacular lights over Chilca has been well documented. Residents maintain that an underwater port exists offshore and that two carved stones depicting "seven pointed stars" are visible on the summit of the nearby mountain indicating a vortex and inter-dimensional base. Rumors persist that scientists from NASA have visited the area to measure the atmosphere within the vortex, and that the vortex and the offshore base are connected energetically to the nearby temple city of Pachacamac - a place of pilgrimage for thousands of years and the oldest known "oracle" in the Americas. Concepcion Balcazar (age 99), a Chilca resident for the past century recalls seeing not one, but several, luminous objects in the sky above his home. The sighting occurred nearly 50 years ago as a fleet of spacecraft skimmed over the village at dawn. World War II had just begun and Balcazar became very frightened believing that the country was under attack. Later, when he shared his story with neighbors he realized he wasn’t the only one seeing flying craft above Chilca. A local fisherman, Jose Ormeno Buleje (age 48) recalls a similar story. He confirms the existence of a submerged port offshore near Lapa Lapa beach and YaYa hill. According to Buleje, "huge luminous objects depart from under the sea at full speed and in a second or two cross the entire sky, disappearing northward. I have viewed them so many times I've lost count." Resident David Whose ventured onto the Mellicera lagoon in a small raft one day carrying a very, very, very long line weighted with a stone on one end. He wanted to know how deep the water was. Throwing the measure overboard he was astonished to find that the sounding line never touched bottom. Whose believes the Mellicera pond is connected with the offshore underwater port which in turn feeds it a type of "radiation" necessary for transforming ordinary mud into miraculous mud! ``The Twin Maker'' lagoon is notorious for solving fertility problems, indeed the village proliferates in an abundance of twins with more than 100 pairs in the town of 10,000. The faithful rub slick black goo reeking of sulfur all over their bodies in hopes of easing a multitude of health related malidies including chronic back pain. Chilca's people aren't deterred by the skepticism. Twins Veronica and Monica Sanchez whose mother regularly bathed in ``The Twin Maker,'' say many of their friends have seen strange objects hovering over Chilca. ``They are bright lights which form a circle and hover over the ponds and at the beach,'' Veronica said. "People often report sightings of strange lights in the night sky over Chilca and believe in UFOs," says Mayor Numa Rueda. Locals say that space ships harvest an unknown material from the ocean off Chilca's beach and leave behind substances that reach the ponds through underground springs giving them their curative powers. Chilca is not the only place in Peru's southern desert people believe are frequented by extraterrestrials. On the plains of Nazca, 185 miles to the southeast, giant lines and earth drawings etched in the sand centuries ago by the Nazca Indians have attracted UFO buffs ever since the best-selling book ``Chariots of the Gods'' in the early 1970s speculated they were alien landing strips. Although archaeologists ridiculed the idea the enigma has yet to be solved. MORE AND PHOTOS www.labyrinthina.com/chilca.htmLOCOAZ

The Trilogy An Andean Saga [/color
The Trilogy ~ An Andean Saga, details a true life magical journey through the ancient sacred sites of the Andean earthmother.
The sojourn began several years ago with my discovery of an unknown matrix marker hidden for centuries in the ancient sacred sanctuary of Machu Picchu. Connecting the vortices of an ancient grid and guided by benevolent Ones to open the Andean doorways, I embark on a sacred mission to the highland Andes.
Within the inner sanctum of the ancient temples, I am guided to cleanse the energy signatures encoded in stone and bring others of like-mind, back with me to activate them. Upon first entering the Sanctuary with a group of more then forty women and men in 1999, and immediately pouring forth our prayers for planetary healing, we successfully access the etheric gateway to the inner crystal city of light, the higher vibrational heart center of Machu Picchu, wherein our prayers are received.
The following year a collective vision unfolds, allowing for the opening of a dormant star chamber. A few weeks later a series of synchronous events connect the enigmatic crop circle phenomena in England, with our work in Peru, confirming our collective vision. Events progress during an afternoon walk when a glorious rainbow forms, and a message is received. And, finally, on the heels of the horrific events of September 11th, the group board flights for the Peruvian Andes, charged with a sacred mission -- to infuse an extraordinary catalyst of healing and love, into the very heart center of Machu picchu. Two days of focused prayer and intent culminate in an explosion of crystallized light over Apu Putucusi, a wondrous confirmation of the cocreative force, the unrealized potential for humanity.
Events began on September 11, 2001, a day of horror and grief for every caring person. I was in the last moments of planning my upcoming journey to Peru a year in the making, when news of the tragedy came. As events unfolded I spoke with each women scheduled to join me, to determine if she was still committed to taking the journey. It was a difficult time to leave home and for many, a greater challenge then the journey that lie ahead. Six days later I was on the first international flight out of Miami departing for Lima.
We women came from all corners of the globe, and met in Lima where we began the long journey to the sacred Sanctuary of the Incas -- a celestial cathedral hard-wired for sound, and erected for communication with the Divine. Upon entering the Sanctuary we made our way to a crystalline alcove, and spent the next two days in focused meditation, seeking guidance and planetary healing. We prepared our Andean offerings -- despacho’s, and lifted our voices in sacred sound, as magnificent healing energy poured forth. When all was said, sung and intended, we sat quietly in meditation overlooking Apu Putucusi. Unable to stand, I crawled back in the cave to lie in the straw and bask in the awesome energy. Friends, Lynn and Peg remained behind, to soak in the exquisite moment. Peg began shooting photos, capturing moments of splendor, punctuated by silhouettes of mountains appearing through soft, gray haze. Unbeknown in the moment, the Light Cross was already manifest.

If its invisable, its anything you want it to be, baby. the invisable helps define eternity, the plaze where everything is possible all at the same time.
...as we expose ourselves to this concept we realize, albeit slowly, that yes, everything is indeed happening all at the same time in that world. But there is a deceit to obsess with the invisable; after all it is merely once again, as it was in 1503, merely nothing, unless objects are gathered from it and brought into the visible...this is why actual palpable ~useful~ gifts from the invisable so seldom occur. you have to be absolutely sure of what you are mining, and why.
Any creative act is accompanied by the Spirit of Mystery. Without that Spirit present, a most overly certain outcome only leads to degeneration of the Creation and its eventual collapse. The concept of Eternity is impossible without this Spirit.
the internet, like real life is best served with one login the alternative is much too cornfusing potentially you could find yourself adamantly arguing with yourself
fractalized estachology connects all the moments of peace into a continuum that one can partially dwell in to experience eternal peace during idyl moments of one's life, or as a facet of ones consciousness all the time...

HELPPLEASE COULD SOME ONE TELL ME HOW TO POST PHOTOS HERE THANKS LOCOAZ Hi LOCOAZ,
You need an web image storage site. I use Photobucket. It's free (or you can upgrade for a higher storage quota and no ads). Here's the link:
photobucket.com/
You will be uploading images from your PC or MAC to your account, so you will have to save the image to your system first.
Photobucket includes general image editing options, like resize, crop, effects, etc. If you have an image editing program on your system (like Photoshop), you may want to edit and optimize for the web before you upload an image from your system for 2 reasons; 1) your picture size will be smaller so you will use less space from your account quota, and 2) high resolution images may force the use of the width scroll bar on a post page (this, however, can be done using the built-in image editors on Photobucket).
Set up your account as directed (the usual - user name, password, etc.).
Login to your account. It will automatically take you to your "album main page".
Locate the browse for image section:Click on browse button and select the image to upload from your system.
Once you've found the image, click "Open" and the Photobucket page will display the file name. Name your image and click the upload button:Once it's uploaded you will automatically be directed to the page that allows you to add tags, descriptions, etc. These are optional. Once you're ready, click on the "return to album" button at the bottom of the page:At this point you can select to edit the image with the built-in image editors. Once that's done, you save the changes to the album or replace the original picture. You want to return to your album.
Now you want to select the image to post. Hover over the image and a semi-transparent drop-down box will appear below the image. You want to click on the option at the bottom "IMG code":I always right-click and copy (even though it will say "copied" once selected).
Go to your post message page on the site and "paste". You will see the following:< the html info for the copied link will appear here> (without the clarets) and in between the designations [/IMG]. If you hit the Preview button or alt+p, you should see the image displayed.
Hope this helps.
Peace and Joy Always

Eagles Disobey has received a small number of letters, but large enough to trigger a response about alleged modern day time travelers who spend their days and nights on internet forums and going to ufo conferences.
Marci and I are presently handling the new letters, as the backlog is being handled by Squirrel.
On the night before the Laughlin UFO Congress Conference of March 1, 2008, Dan and Marci were introduced by someone at the Aquarius Hotel/Casino, to a person who claimed he was a time traveler. They stayed mostly quiet during the interaction, and Dan was heard to quietly say to Marci, as they walked away, "Where Napoleon? There! There, Napoleon!" ;D
That statement was an homage to this movie scene:
;D
The same individual was seen, an hour later, looking for a good spot to sit at, on a $5 blackjack table. The rational may think that someone who has come through time would be a little more interested in matters above a shallow deck cut during a shuffle, and more interesting in and of themselves?
Think about the lack of fluidity of Chi'el'ah's remarks? Comments from a real Time Traveler were not originally written in English. They are written in their own language and look like shadowgrams, scrunched devanagari but with strange cantillation marks.
Could time travelers be here? Absolutely they could! But are they here? If they are, they are likely not going to ufo conferences and holding court on internet forums. As a demographic, many from the ufo "community" and science fiction-fantasy genre are socially less mainstream people. That is not a bad thing, but within that demographic resides a number who have a need to be needed. For a moment, think like a predator looking for a following and a quick meal: where would you hunt for prey?
We have witnessed to a former professional psychologist, stripped of his license for cause involving the mistreatment of those adults under his care. He now calls himself "retired," a 'Councillor to Earth' and focuses on "star kids."
Eagles Disobey is bemused and unsurprised that others without any provenance whatsoever are coming out of the woodwork to attempt a rescue of a fear gone by. If a fear can be resurrected, then a candre of prey can be held closer. Less of the prey may wander from the enclosure of fear and be forever freed from the domination of those who wish to rule their lives.
Any such "travelers" who might be here, rationally, would be involved, probably covertly, around the councils of government and science, not in the manner we have watched on the internet.
Occam's Razor: "Entities should not be multiplied unnecessarily."
Are they more likely to be authentic time travelers, visiting internet forums for questions, or those with mental abnormalities, including predators?
I told Dan about the searching by a few of birds of a feather, and he said something pretty well:
"History has taught us that no limited pronouncements of Vox populi, vox Dei can ever surmount the larger intent of the whole peoples of earth, for life and freedom! We have all been warned about being 'sheep amidst the wolves.' Reassuringly, the Voice of God is within us ALL, EQUALLY, and calls us forth to be unafraid! We know it is difficult for some, to face an open ending where freedom from the disaster feels less assuring than a determined resolution. Life is full of the discomfort of uncertainty, but we have each other to hold during this great time! We need each other, not the voices of people claiming to be this or that, and acting as prophets of limitation! The catastrophe of T2 has passed, but not yet the transition! Great and wonderful surprises await the peoples of earth and life beyond! A Golden Age! We will see only little hints of it, you and me, but hints we do see and feel! Our children's children's children will now behold great destiny! Small moves! Love you, Dan"
Have a great day ahead everybody!
Stan

Satchmo, Thanks for posting the pictures of the Peru - Gateway of the Gods of the Seven Rays. It looks exactly like a larger version of what I experienced at Palenque back in Feb. 1989 when we did ceremony balancing male and female energies. There was a definite interdimensional doorway that looked like the middle picture you posted though it was much smaller. It was pretty amazing. Hmm, maybe this is the incentive or direction/signal to make that trip to Peru!!!! Alana Hello Alana and Satchmo! Did you read the book 'Serpent of Light', by Drunvalo Melchizedek? It relates the story of how the Kundalini of the Earth moves around the Earth once in aprox. 13.000 years to settle somewhere else. This movement started in 1959 in Tibet and was completed in 2001 in Peru! There seems to be a movie (that I have not seen yet: The White road: Visions of the Indigenous people of the Americas.) that relates to this story. Peru will now be, for another 13.000 years, the spiritual center of the World. Hence the attention that is drawn to this beautifull place on Earth! ;-))

Hi everyone!
It's a cloudy day here in New Hampshire...BUT...the sun's peeking through reminding me that it's still here, doing what needs to be done.
Now, with no disrespect to the "landed non-terrestrials" that are probably cruising on and around the "third rock from the sun" for whatever reason, I think it's about time that those doomsayers and UFO "specialists" think of a new line of work, rather than a new line of BS to spread around. It's getting old; it's getting nasty and we've better things to do with and for each other.
Unless the "intellectual capacity" of beings with the technological, spiritual and/or a combination thereof, ranks on par with our species (which I highly doubt, given their abilities to travel inter- and extra-planetary distances at levels we have yet to define or discover on our own), it would seem to me that they are more than capable of spreading the news of their existence on a global basis without any "assistance' from "those who claim to know and represent them". This does not mean that I don't believe there are people who have been "in contact" with "others". This simply means that they do not need "earth agents to spread the news". Nor do they require a "prophet or prophecy" to herald their arrival. (If they do, then I, for one, would not want to deal with them, simply because I firmly believe that it is possible those "entities" could have non-positive agendas that deal in negative outcomes for our species - like the NWO, or Master Race/Slave Race crapola, etc.)
We have our own "negative agenda types" right here on Planet Earth - the goobers. They walk, talk, stalk and baulk at the masses. They and their grunts use tactics to suppress, subdue and incapacitate the majority of humanity - and all for the "betterment" - unfortunately the fine line print is "the betterment of themselves at the detriment of everyone else". They've used religion, governmental strictures, philosophy, science - well, just about every line of thought or reasoning - to promote "THE PLAN" of the ages. They've corrupted historical documents and/or re-written history, decimated nations, enslaved populations, used horrific medical experiments, introduced genetic modifications to food supplies, added toxic chemicals to our water supplies, restrict access to our knowledge banks, etc.
So, why would any advanced race want to have anything to do with a species that allows this to happen even in this modern day and age? Maybe's it is from a "Been there, done that and learned the lesson of unity" perspective. Maybe it's "Been there, done that and we're all that's left after the destruction" perspective.
I believe it really doesn't matter why they are watching. What matters is what are WE doing? Not with respects to "extra-terrestrials". What are WE doing (or allowing to be done) to OURSELVES?
That's something we can work on right now. We can own it, acknowledge the issues, work towards solutions and continue onward.
UFOs and Planets A through Z - yeah, whatever...tell me another story and I'll ZZZZzzzzz.
Peace and Joy Always
