At 19:00 hours pacific time, Tuesday, June 22, 2010, both Drs. Dan and Marci officially stepped down from their positions of authority over Eagles Disobey.
Dr. Marci offered me the paperwork, which I accepted and signed, a decision which was already planned to occur during the evening of December 21, 2012, but which was hastened due to the unforeseen political events, of earlier today.
As Chief Operating Officer over Eagles Disobey, I am now in charge of the Eagles Disobey family of websites, several of the business Consortium enterprises, and ALL products which are sold by Eagles Disobey.
I have accepted the position Marci offered me with great humility, a position she has held since the birth of Eagles Disobey, with her founding it, in 1998.
I ask for people to pray for me, as I will be out of my depth but doing the best job I can. I also ask for people to pray for THE ORIGINAL "Eagles," as they begin a transition with an underlying sacrifice for "The People."
There will be further changes and other announcements, soon.

Updates:
1. Operation Tiger Eye, the planned destruction of that "Orb of the Ages" will be carried out by Drs. Dan and Marci, and the public will be able to watch. (Nothing has changed in this regard.)
2. All contracts, as presently in force by Eagles Disobey, to include the contract with "Open Minds tv" will be completed as agreed between the parties. (Nothing has changed in this regard.)
3. The EDO-ICL Biological Symposium, scheduled for July 15, 2010, in Missouri, has been cancelled. No corporate refunds are necessary, as all such provisions were scheduled due the day of the symposium.
4. The scheduled near term Ufology interview, not associated to the "Open Minds tv" contract, is being cancelled.
5. ALL further planned public appearances for Drs. Dan and Marci, relating to their work for Majestic, are being cancelled.
6. The possible symposium, about Lotus, to be conducted by Dr. Dan is being cancelled. As an extension, ALL new public appearances for Dr. Dan have been ruled out.
7. The project ARGGO, now underway, will be completed at the best pace possible. It will take considerable time to complete it, but we already new that. (Nothing has changed in this regard.)
8. The project ISIS, whose beta testing has been promised, will be carried out by Dr. Marci, at a venue to be announced. (Nothing has changed in this regard.)
9. As I am now in possession and control of a HUGE ARCHIVE of video taped material on Drs. Dan and Marci, I will within a month begin a review of possible material for continued release. The policy of material sold for humanitarian assistance will continue as the Eagles established it. (Marci, our love, has really held a lot of material back, to not flood people with too much information. Maybe I will be the right person to start releasing some of it?)
10. Steven Ortiz, my husband, has affirmed his charge over the Eagles Team's SECURITY, and close security will continue, as has been the normal operations, around Drs. Dan and Marci.
11. The extended Eagles Team, now under my control, will continue their operations in Louisiana, doing oil cleanup, for the time being.
12. Dr. Marci is preparing a video statement from herself, to be hosted on Eagles Disobey. Dr. Dan was asked if he would like to make a statement? He asked Dr.Marci if she was requesting it of him? She said that she was not asking it of him. He then declined.
13. Dr. Dan's and Dr. Marci's "opus" is still on schedule to be written. When it is done, the public will hear.
14. Drs. Dan and Marci plan to continue doing street operations for ANGEL EAGLES, feeding the homeless. When they do, we will try to cover it on the website. Some of the AELV operations will be transferred to our sister agency "Sea Eagles" in Seattle, Washington.
15. Drs. Dan and Marci's "TIER 1 AND TIER 2" - secret plans they have been working on, are still scheduled and on track. The public will find out from Eagles Disobey when those "events" happen.
16. Changes will be planned to the Eagles Disobey website, and Dr. Stan has agreed to be a correspondent on some issues of continuing great importance. What does that mean? It means that the people who have been doing wrong better not relax because we will be on them like stink on sht! Our investigations and reports will continue!

Updates:
1. Yes, we will continue to cover the activities of The Eagles, AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. There are certain realities here we cannot get around.
2. One of those realities is the SECURITY situation around The Eagles. It is NOT NEGOTIABLE, but they are refusing to change their lifestyle at all. Security is having to adjust around them, considering every aspect of their challenging duties. The Eagles are remaining, for business and political reasons, in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the time being. They are expected to be making many regular trips to the East Coast. We cannot elaborate further at this time.
3. Increased numbers of requests for photos of Dr. Dan and for Dr. Dan's email address have been received.
danburisch@yahoo.com is ONLY being used for certain private activities. Neither Dr. Dan nor Dr. Marci is able to speak with the public-at-large, whatsoever, at this time.
4. After two important meetings, Drs. Dan and Marci were seen BUYING FOOD FOR THE HOMELESS this morning. They have both informed me that they will be continuing their REGULAR STREET SCHEDULE, for ANGEL EAGLES, in Las Vegas. (This is one of those Security considerations.)
5. I have had requests to release Dr. Dan's DIARIES. I am not in control of that vault. While Dr. Marci handed control of Eagles Disobey to me, she kept control of 1 large walk in vault. The contents of that vault which I can tell you and saw this morning in Las Vegas, which I know the real location of but cannot reveal, includes:
-- 471 volumes of Dr. Dan's hand-written diaries, including all of the information downloaded from the J-Rod in 1994 about the past and future
-- A copy of the last 2 Tau-IX treaties, in full
-- Dr. Dan's collected personal effects
-- Video tapes of Dr. Dan testifying before the Committee of the Majority, in 2001, before the reformed Consistory of the Majestic, in 2005, and being seated as MJ9 with the Consistory of the Majestic, in 2005.
-- a photo, video, and document archive, containing at least 8 boxes of Majic's photographs, 3 boxes of original documents from the first, second, and last Consistory of the Majestic, and Groom Lake secured information.
-- the ISIS beta-testing unit
-- 1 large metal container, about 4 feet by 4 feet by 4 feet with a padlock on it that Dr. Marci refused to talk about at all. I asked her and she said that she couldn't talk about it. I asked again and she told me like the documents and videos in the vault the wider public reacted with anger showing they aren't ready, to mind my own business, it's best if I don't know. I take her for her word.
6. The vault I now have control of contains about 250 videotapes that the public has not seen, an audiotape collection of about 700 tapes, and a photo/video disk collection that the public has not seen of about 3,000 disks.
7. People have asked about the "opus" and are wondering about the Widget. Yes, the full information about the Lotus Widget and a Lotus "do it yourself" procedure will be included in the "opus."

After everything shakes out, I will restrict my postings to the Eagles Subboard, with only OFFICIAL EDO PUBLIC UPDATES posted here.

Something appears to have changed inside the sun, something the models did not predict. But what?
The flood of observations from space- and ground-based telescopes suggests that the answer lies in the behavior of two vast conveyor belts of gas that endlessly cycle material and magnetism through the sun's interior and out across its surface. On average it takes 40 years for the conveyor belts to complete a circuit.
When Hathaway's NASA team looked over the observations to find out where their models had gone wrong, they noticed that the conveyor-belt flows of gas across the sun's surface have been speeding up since 2004.
