OFFICIAL PUBLIC UPDATE FROM EAGLES DISOBEY!
Due to excessive workload being placed on the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Eagles Disobey (EDO), Fran, the two vids about Angel Eagles efforts, and the last two Orb vids, are now being scheduled for completion next week.
We thank you for your patience. Could Eagles Disobey's duties be that daunting for Fran? No, not Eagles Disobey's items. Along with being the COO for EDO, and the Operational Manager to Dr. Marci for 4 other companies that have not been openly announced to the public via EDO information sources, Fran is ALSO the Official AIDE-DE-CAMP (ADC) - an Echelon Adjutant position- to Dr. Marci, given Dr. Marci's new "status" or new "Office." Along with being a full time Mom, Fran's status keeps her "on the go" almost all the time.
Once again, we thank everyone for their patience, and promise: you'll see the vids soon! (AND YES, DUE TO POPULAR REQUESTS, SHE REPORTED SHE IS ALLOWING ANN'S VOICE {MARCI'S SISTER} INTO THE FINAL VIDEO! ;D)

Eagles Disobey has been asked if Dr. Marci has chosen the number of people for the first beta testing of Isis, to be held at the end of February, during the IUFOC conference? Yes, she has. The number is confidential. The number is not large, as the first beta testing will be conducted over a very limited time, and given the pre/post surveys to be conducted and private, exclusive, chatting time (beverage tab covered by Dr. Marci) between those participating and Drs. Dan and Marci. Each participant will receive a personal commemorative GIFT from D and M, and if those participating wish to have a photo taken with D and M, they will be happy to do so. Additionally, on Sunday evening over the telephone (you know who you are ;D), D and M will be asking the assistance of an individual who is intending on being at the IUFOC conference. (Dan CANNOT offer such assistance, given he is the designer of the Isis Unit, is legally a scientist, and that this is not a scientific experiment nor will it be allowed to be construed as such. This is SOLELY a MOOD LIGHTING AND SOUND RELAXATION SYSTEM. In exchange for the assistance during the Isis beta testing, and even if he should say no to helping ;D, the person will be receiving an official Consistory pin and be granted close access with D and M during their conference participation. It's akin to an ALL ACCESS PASS at a concert! ;D
More information soon.

EAGLES DISOBEY! We are again getting letters from the public asking MEDICAL questions about Project Isis? The Project Isis that people will see/experience at Ft. McDowell is a "MOOD LIGHTING AND SOUND RELAXATION SYSTEM". Everyone undergoing the beta testing must sign waivers BEFORE the beta testing, and inclusive in one of them will be a disclaimer that this is NOT a medical device to treat or cure diseases, and that no such claims are being made by anyone involved with Project Isis. If anyone chooses not to sign - then they will not be allowed to participate in the beta testing. It's really simple. All freely volunteered follow up input, however, of any and all kinds from individuals who have experienced the Isis Unit is welcome! Fran

1 in 7 Americans in poverty in 2009, census says Greater Chicago Food Depository serving 64% more than in '07 September 17, 2010 BY FRANCINE KNOWLES Staff Reporter/fknowles@suntimes.com www.suntimes.com/business/2719222,CST-NWS-Poverty17.article A report Thursday showing that the ranks of the working-age poor in this country have climbed to the highest level since the 1960s came as no surprise to those who assist the poor in the Chicago area. In 2009, the Census Bureau said, the overall poverty rate hit 14.3 percent -- or one in seven Americans -- with 43.6 million people living in poverty. That was up from 39.8 million, or 13.2 percent, in 2008. The 2009 poverty level was set at $21,954 for a family of four. "It reflects what we have been seeing for some time," said Kate Maehr, CEO at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. "We have seen a continued increase in the number of people who are turning to the food pantries and soup kitchens in our community for food. Each month, it seems like we're setting a new record. When we look back over a three-year window, we're serving 64 percent more people than we were three years ago." The report reflects "the impact of the recession on American workers, the fact that there are fewer labor market opportunities today than there were two or three years ago; that translates into lower income," said Scott Allard, an associate professor in the University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration. "Many people who have managed to remain employed are working fewer hours or for less pay, and that also shows up in these numbers. Many people who are poor are actually working full-time and maybe even two jobs," Allard said. The report revealed the poverty rate for children rose from 19 percent to 20.7 percent. Among the working-age population, ages 18 to 64, poverty rose from 11.7 percent to 12.9 percent. That puts it at the highest since the 1960s, when the government launched a war on poverty that expanded the federal role in social welfare programs from education to health care. Poverty rose among all race and ethnic groups, but it was higher for blacks and Hispanics. The number of Hispanics in poverty increased from 23.2 percent to 25.3 percent; for blacks, it increased from 24.7 percent to 25.8 percent. The number of whites in poverty rose from 8.6 percent to 9.4 percent. Catholic Charities in Chicago has seen a 60 percent increase in requests for food at its 10 food pantries since the recession began and gets about 300 calls a day through a homeless prevention call center. Monsignor Michael Boland said the report should send a message to policy makers. "What they need to do is help people get jobs" to support their families, he said. "We have people here every day who want to work."

"Edgars"-
In the continued hope that you will learn...
Please stop the use of negative symbolism and the intentions tied to it, both sent to our team, and elsewhere. The young lady in the photograph, whomever she may be, is disserved by your actions, and the ploys only add weight to yourself.
I will pray for her, and continue praying for YOU that you should be released from your oppression.
May God Bless you,
Dan

BP declines to pay Ala. claim, school funds cut By BOB JOHNSON Associated Press Writer Sunday, 09.19.10 www.miamiherald.com/2010/09/16/1828577/bp-declines-to-pay-ala-claim-school.htmlMONTGOMERY, Ala. -- BP has declined for now to pay Alabama on its $148 million claim for tax revenue lost by the massive oil spill - a move that caused the governor to cut funding sharply for schools for the rest of September. State school officials said the 2 percent cut ordered Thursday by Gov. Bob Riley would amount to about one-fourth of what local school systems would normally receive in September. The cut does not affect salaries, but it can put a hole in the budget for supplies and repairs. "Many will have to borrow money to get through the September payroll," said state school Superintendent Joe Morton. BP officials said the lawsuit filed by Alabama Attorney General Troy King was part of the reason for their decision not to begin making payments on the $148 million claim sought by Gov. Bob Riley. Because the state is not receiving the BP payments, Riley said he had no choice but to cut the education budget by an additional 2 percent Thursday. It already had been cut 7.5 percent due to revenues falling below expectations in the struggling economy. Riley blamed the cuts to the education budget on King filing the lawsuit despite Riley's vocal objections. "If that lawsuit hadn't paralyzed our negotiations, we wouldn't have to make these additional cuts to education funding," Riley said. The governor also did not spare BP. "BP can't escape blame either. As the admitted responsible party, the company should live up to its commitments, even though the lawsuit stands in the way," Riley said. King, who like Riley is a Republican, said the governor is getting in the way of efforts to receive payments from BP. "We've tried it the governor's way and it did not work. Now it is time for him to get out of the way and let us do our job. It is obvious that BP is not dealing in good faith and is using every excuse possible to keep from paying its obligations both to the individuals and businesses with claims as well as to the state," King said. Craig Pouncey, assistant state school superintendent for financial services, said the increased cut is no surprise because tax collections have been falling below expectations all year. "We have been anticipating this happening," he said. "Things have not rebounded to the point they need to." He said state school officials had cautioned city and county school systems to prepare for deeper cuts - and to be ready for more when the new fiscal year starts Oct. 1 because the conditions that caused the extra cuts Thursday will still be around in two weeks. "There is not a whole lot of difference between Sept. 30 and Oct. 1," he said. Paul Hubbert, the head of Alabama's teachers' union, the Alabama Education Association, said additional proration was anticipated. He said the recent receipt of federal stimulus money will help offset some of the effects. "That's going to give a little wiggle room to school districts," he said. He said no one will go without pay, but they will go without other things. "It certainly means supply money won't be there in a lot of places, and maintenance will be deferred," he said.
