The Gates Foundation Invests Millions In Monsanto Advocates of sustainable agriculture are shocked by the recent discovery of significant financial connection between the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and agribusiness titan Monsanto. In August, a financial website published the Gates Foundation's investment portfolio, which included recent purchases of 500,000 shares of Monsanto stock estimated to be worth over $23 million. (See the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission). The most troubling part about this discovery is that it marks a substantial increase from the Foundation's previous Monsanto holdings, which were valued at just over $360,000 The Foundation's direct investment in Monsanto is problematic on two primary levels," said Dr. Phil Bereano, University of Washington Professor Emeritus and recognized expert on genetic engineering in a press release. "First, Monsanto has a history of blatant disregard for the interests and well-being of small farmers around the world, as well as an appalling environmental track record. The strong connections to Monsanto cast serious doubt on the Foundation's heavy funding of agricultural development in Africa and purported goal of alleviating poverty and hunger among small-scale farmers. Second, this investment represents an enormous conflict of interests." www.care2.com/causes/real-food/blog/gates-invests-millions-in-monsanto/satchmo

Transmutation Of Reality And a great and wondrous sign appeared in the sky: a woman clothed with the Sun, with the moon at her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant with Truth and cried out in pain for freedom as she was about to give birth. And a Sun was born; a fully realized man with the knowledge and expanded awareness of the I AM. And he was one with the light and the Truth. And the enormous Red Dragon stood ready to devour the newly born Sun,but, the Child refused to fall prey to the illusion;standing tall and erect in the Light. And the child was tested each day and with each test the child grew stronger; his faith in the light unyielding and his power continued to expand. And the Child proclaimed: “Before Abraham was, I AM. The base lead of words contain the purest gold for the transformation of the base man/woman into pure spirit; for I AM multi-dimensional, a visionary, liberator of Truth; The Alchemist, a member of the Family of Light with the ability to transform reality.” “My mission: To fire the embedding coding within others, to transform reality, to re-establish the colony of earth with essence of love in peace, harmony, freedom and prosperity; a world of unconditional love, Universal co-operation and unity”. The Dragon conquered this world with war, and believing he was reaping the abundance, he reigned over man with violence and fear; He thirsted for water and gold; He raped the psyche of the people and robbed man of his true essence. But, the true riches escaped the Beast, as , from the beginning, the source of all power and creation, the vibration of love, was hidden deep within, that no man nor Beast could diminish, but for man himself. The Alchemist, omni-potent and omni-present, took up position on each of the intersecting earth grid lines and portals, and the Blood of the Dragon, fear, doubt and negativity, that have flowed through the grid for eons, was transformed and magnified, charging the embedded coding in man and re-ignited the fire within. The transmutation of the lower vibrations of fear, doubt and negativity was instantaneous, and, as the vibration was raised up the veil was lifted and truth was revealed. The people no longer spit in the eye of reason; and love, long damned to the abyss of hell, was lifted up and exalted; and the power was re-claimed by the people, re-establishing man's spiritual sovereignty, awakened to the I AM. And the people came to see that the power of the Dragon was an illusion that was fed by their own doubt and fear; and the people fed it not and its power was no more. And man stood in peace and harmony in the light and his torch was his power and protection for the Beast could not stand in the Light of man. And man shown his light into every nook and cranny and routed the Beast from his liar. And the Seven heads of the Red Dragon of Darkness were exposed to the light and their names were: Paris, Bonn, Brussels, Washington, D.C., New York, Switzerland and the Vatican. And the Seven Angels with Seven Plagues and the Seven Bowls of Wrath were loosed on New Troy and the Black Nobility and the 144,000 who lived on the blood of the people were gathered up and exposed to the Light, and each was rewarded for his deeds, and their Kingdoms were transformed and prosperity returned to the people. And the transformation gave birth to the caretakers of the planet; Trustees in original jurisdiction; servants of the laws of Nature and Nature's God; bringing forth new ideas and technologies long hidden from the people. And the way was lighted, leading the people out of the land of limitation and darkness into the world of unlimitedness, free from doubt, fear and all limitation. And the people cast off the shackles of debt and sin, redeemed their infinite power of co-creation, and set free the blocked energy and hoarded wealth, charging world prosperity and personal freedom, bringing forth the natural flow of energy. And the rape, pillage and plunder of the world was no more. And the people, spiritual sovereigns once more, entered the library of all that is and exalted in the Truth and the Light and became one with the Universe in Love and co-operation. And IT IS DONE! There are many out there speaking out/catching on, realizing that We are moving towards full out Love bursting on the scene. Looking deeper, encompasing the whole and connecting the dots of symbolisms being clearly shown.Regarding the Copiapo, Chilean miners rescue, explain these oddities to me: First off, I thank Christ Jesus and Mother Mary for bringing these men back to their families. 1) What does NASA have to do with rescuing miners? NEVER have I seen NASA in any prior trapped mining situtions. To formulate a special diet and drinks? And why haven't they ever helped any other mining past accident with a diet before? NO. NASA is there for another reason 2) The Chilean government told the miners that they have a gag order not to say a thing to the public of what saw down there. 3) The first miner that was rescued at the time of 11:11 PM and his last name was Silver, and that guy looked really, really, strangely emotionless(given the fact that no calming pills were allowed to be given to the miners). 4) After miners rescued they moved to a mobile hospital nearby from there they will be moved to a "MILITARY INSTALLATION" for a check up and from there to a normal hospital Now why do they need to be sent to a military installation for check up? When in the history of mining accidents have the miners been taken to a militray installation after the hospital stop? 5) The rescuing apparatus is named the "Phoenix," a mythological Satanic bird of the cults of Baal exclusively known in masonry and Satanic cults. 6) "Copiapó UFO sighting. Copiapó was said to be the site of an unidentified flying object sighting in 1864. According to researcher Chris Aubeck,[12] the story first appeared in print in the March 18, 1868 issue of the newspaper El Constituyente, which was itself cited in the journal The Zoologist then in Lo!, a 1931 book by American investigator Charles Fort. Fort's account was the basis of a later account in Anatomy of a Phenomenon (1965) by ufologist Jacques Vallee." Aubeck reports that the original newspaper article described the object as "an enormous bird." THE GRAND TOTAL OF FACTS: Pheonix is rescuing them 33 miners 00:11 on 13/10/10. When have you ever seen such global media fanfare for a mining operation? THOSE MINERS MET SOMETHING DOWN THERE!!!!!!!!!! THEY MADE CONTACT WITH SOMETHING DOWN THERE AND IT MAY BE REVEALED TO THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!! -------------------------------------------------- oh yippeee...I just can't wait to see what they might reveal to the world...seriously gagging here... Sherry Shriner, Author of Bible Codes Revealed - The Coming UFO Invasion and also Aliens On The Internet www.sherryshriner.com................................................................................................ Note from Raye: I wanted to say the same thing that this reader did... that what happened today marked a great shift for good for the planet and the humans living on it. I didn't voice this feeling for fear I would jinx it. But others are feeling the same thing I am feeling... Someone sent a very large message with the rescue of these miners... and I think the message is..."a NEW DAY IS DAWNING." *************************************************************************** Re: This Post is directly related to the Symbo.... Telemundo reported to day half way thru the rescue operation that over 1 billion people were watching the families and the miners and sharing their joy and the love pouring out..... I myself have had welled up in tears each time one more came up to the shaft. Now we all KNOW that 6,000 people on the planet praying and meditating in love and hope can change the planet.... WHAT do you think 1 billion people in solidarity will do to change the energy of this planet..... it's off the charts when you contemplate the implications and magnitude of the love energy being focused on for more then 22 hours today. Were you aware that the Templars or masons helped CHILE to freedom from the strong hold of SPAIN and Britan years ago..... this was a ritual of the white hats WHITE MAGIC... against the BLACK magic of the BLACK hats..... I know tonight THEIR GOOSE IS COOKED(BLACK hats)...... MAY WE LIVE IN PEACE and on to the new world that is happening before our very eyes.....keep hope and love in hearts and never look back.....as a NEW DAY IS DAWNING. I have made these decisions: When Eagles Disobey is raised with the Member's area - 1- Orb Videos 4 and 5 will be for MEMBERS. No offense to nonmembers, we love the public, but some of the Eagles' secrets, those to be told to everyone at the end of 2012, may be solvable with the information in the coming Orb videos. 2- Angel Eagles Videos will be in the Angel Eagles' MEMBERS area. (More information about Angel Eagles MEMBERSHIP will be coming soon.) These decisions were just communicated to Marci. Fran

Eagles Disobey would like to thank everyone who has been sending IM's to Dr. Marci's "Yahoo! instant messenger" account.
While the account is still assigned to Dr. Marci it is NOT she who is using it, but someone else for simple business purposes in her close loop of associates. Dr. Marci's communications are restricted because of the status she presently holds.
Again, thank you for the messages, as it was quickly realized by MANY ;D that her old account reactivated, but it is not she who is able to be contacted via that location.

news.yahoo.com/s/livescience/20101019/sc_livescience/endoftheearthpostponedEnd of the Earth Postponed EXCERPTS- "It's a good news/bad news situation for believers in the 2012 Mayan apocalypse. The good news is that the Mayan "Long Count" calendar may not end on Dec. 21, 2012 (and, by extension, the world may not end along with it). The bad news for prophecy believers? If the calendar doesn't end in December 2012, no one knows when it actually will - or if it has already." "If the Venus Table cannot be used to prove the FMT as Lounsbury suggests, its acceptance depends on the reliability of the corroborating data," he said. Last year's moonshot splashed up lots of waterBy Alicia Chang, Ap Science Writer – 2 hrs 4 mins agoLOS ANGELES – When NASA blasted a hole in the moon last year in search of water, scientists figured there would be a splash. They just didn't know how big. Now new results from the Hollywood-esque moonshot reveal lots of water in a crater where the sun never shines — 41 gallons of ice and vapor. That may not sound like much — it's what a typical washing machine uses for a load — but it's almost twice as much as researchers had initially measured and more than they ever expected to find. The estimate represents only what scientists can see from the debris plume that was kicked up from the high-speed crash near the south pole by a NASA spacecraft on Oct. 9, 2009. Mission chief scientist Anthony Colaprete of the NASA Ames Research Center calculates there could be 1 billion gallons of water in the crater that was hit — enough to fill 1,500 Olympic-sized swimming pools. "Where we impacted was quite wet," Colaprete said, adding there could be more such craters at both the moon's poles. Proof that the moon is dynamic and not a dry, desolate world offers hope for a possible future astronaut outpost where water on site could be used for drinking or making rocket fuel. But the scientists' excitement is tempered by the political reality that there's no plan to land on the moon anytime soon. The $79 million moon mission known as the Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite, or LCROSS, was launched to determine whether water exists at the moon's poles. Previous spacecraft spied hints of possible ice in polar craters. The mission involved slamming a spent rocket into Cabeus crater. The crash carved a hole about one quarter the size of a football field. A trailing spacecraft then flew through the cloud of debris and dust thrown up by the impact and used its instruments to analyze what was inside before it also struck the moon. Besides water, the plume also contained carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ammonia, sodium, mercury and silver. The findings were published in Friday's issue of the journal Science. How the soup of compounds became trapped in Cabeus crater, among the coldest places in the solar system, is unclear. One theory is that they came from comets and asteroids, which pounded the lunar surface billions of years ago, and later drifted to the poles. Mission scientist Kurt Retherford of the Southwest Research Institute in San Antonio, Texas, thinks the discovery of mercury could pose a challenge for any human settlers because of its toxicity. But Colaprete, the mission chief scientist, said there are ways around the mercury dilemma. "Just like we use filters on Earth to make sure our drinking water is clean, we will do the same on the moon. We can distill or purify it," he said. Apollo astronauts previously found traces of silver and gold in lunar samples facing the Earth. Specks of silver in the frigid polar crater are "not going to start the next `silver rush' to the moon," said planetary geologist Peter Schultz of Brown University, who analyzed the plume. While scientists celebrated the copious data returned to Earth, the highly hyped mission last year was a public relations bomb. Scores of space fans who stayed up all night to glimpse NASA's promised debris plume through webcast or telescopes saw little more than a fuzzy white flash. LCROSS was originally hatched as a robotic mission before a future human trip. That was before Congress approved a blueprint last month for NASA that shifts the focus from a manned moon landing — as outlined under President George W. Bush — in favor of sending astronauts to near-Earth asteroids and eventually Mars. A return to the moon could potentially be a way station — something still to be decided — but the moon won't be an overall goal. Given the recent water find, "it's disappointing that we're not going to forge ahead" with a moon return next decade, said space scientist Greg Delory of the University of California, Berkeley, who was not involved in the project. But he believes that "when the time is right, we're going to send people there again." ___ Online: LCROSS mission: lcross.arc.nasa.govnews.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101021/ap_on_sc/us_sci_shoot_the_moon......... Elphic,1 David Goldstein,3 Dustin Summy,3 Gwendolyn D. Bart,4 Erik Asphaug,5 Don Korycansky,5 David Landis,6 Luke Sollitt7 Several remote observations have indicated that water ice may be presented in permanently shadowed craters of the Moon. The Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS) mission was designed to provide direct evidence (1). On 9 October 2009, a spent Centaur rocket struck the persistently shadowed region within the lunar south pole crater Cabeus, ejecting debris, dust, and vapor. This material was observed by a second "shepherding" spacecraft, which carried nine instruments, including cameras, spectrometers, and a radiometer. Near-infrared absorbance attributed to water vapor and ice and ultraviolet emissions attributable to hydroxyl radicals support the presence of water in the debris. The maximum total water vapor and water ice within the instrument field of view was 155 ± 12 kilograms. Given the estimated total excavated mass of regolith that reached sunlight, and hence was observable, the concentration of water ice in the regolith at the LCROSS impact site is estimated to be 5.6 ± 2.9% by mass. In addition to water, spectral bands of a number of other volatile compounds were observed, including light hydrocarbons, sulfur-bearing species, and carbon dioxide. 1 NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA 94035, USA. 2 Brown University, Providence, RI 02912, USA. 3 University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX 78712, USA. 4 University of Idaho, Moscow, ID 83844, USA. 5 University of California Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz, CA 95064, USA. 6 Aurora Design and Technology, Palm Harbor, FL 34685, USA. 7 The Citadel, Charleston, SC 29409, USA. 8 Universities Space Research Association, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. * To whom correspondence should be addressed. US-Saudi arms deal ripples from Iran to IsraelBy Brian Murphy And Adam Schreck, Associated Press Writers – Thu Oct 21, 6:57 am ETDUBAI, United Arab Emirates – As American and Saudi officials spent months quietly hammering out a wish list for a mammoth sale of American warplanes and other weapons to the oil-rich kingdom, leaders in Iran were busy publicly displaying their advances in missiles, naval craft and air power. In one memorable bit of political theater, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stood under a cascade of glitter in August to unveil a drone bomber — dubbed the "ambassador of death" — that he claimed would keep foes in the region "paralyzed" on their bases. The response by Washington and its cornerstone Arab ally, Saudi Arabia, moved a step ahead Wednesday. The Obama administration notified Congress of plans to sell as many as 84 new F-15 fighter jets, helicopters and other gear with an estimated $60 billion price tag.The proposed deal — one of the biggest single U.S. arms sales — is clearly aimed at countering Iran's rising military might and efforts to expand its influence. But it ties together other significant narratives in the region, including an apparent retooling of Israeli policies to tacitly support a stronger, American-armed Saudi Arabia because of common worries about Iran.It also reinforces the Gulf as the Pentagon's front-line military network against Iran even as the U.S. sandwiches the Islamic republic with troops and bases in Iraq and Afghanistan. "In this way, Saudi Arabia does become some sort of buffer between Israel and Iran," said Pieter Wezeman, a senior researcher at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, a Swedish think tank that tracks arms sales. Israel has made no diplomatic rumblings over the proposed Saudi deal — a marked contrast to almost automatic objections decades ago to Pentagon pacts with Arab nations. It's widely seen as an acknowledgment that Israel's worries over Iran and its nuclear program far outweigh any small shifts in the Israel-Arab balance of power. Israel is moving toward a policy of "pick your fights," said Efraim Inbar, director of the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar Ilan University near Tel Aviv. "After all," he added, "Saudi Arabia is not such a big threat to us." And Israel does not come out of the current American arms bazaar empty handed. Earlier this month, it signed a deal to purchase 20 F-35 stealth fighters that could possibly reach Iran undetected by radar. Israel has an option for 75 more. "This equipment is primarily to give (Israel) a better feeling facing the Iranian threat. It is not related to Israeli-Arab relations," said Inbar. "Ironically, in the current situation, Saudi Arabia is in the same strategic boat as Israel is in facing the Iranian threat." Besides the new fighters for Saudi Arabia, the U.S. plans to upgrade an additional 70 of the kingdom's existing F-15s. State Department and Pentagon officials told lawmakers the sales also will include 190 helicopters, including Apaches and Black Hawks, as well as an array of missiles, bombs, delivery systems and accessories such as night-vision goggles and radar warning systems. Congress has 30 days to block the deal, which was first revealed in September but has been in negotiations for months. U.S. officials say they aren't expecting significant opposition. Iran, meanwhile, has concentrated on its missile arsenal overseen by the powerful Revolutionary Guard. Its solid-fuel Sajjil missile has a reported range of more than 1,250 miles (2,000 kilometers) — within range of Israel and all main U.S. bases in the region. Iran's navy has staged war games in the Gulf and announced major additions to its fleet, including three Iranian-built submarines designed to operate in the Gulf's shallow waters. It marks the Gulf as a buyer's market for arms, led by the U.S. as the dominant Western military power from Kuwait to Oman. Throughout the Gulf, Washington counts on access to Arab allies' air bases, logistics hubs and the Bahrain headquarters of America's naval powerhouse in the region — the U.S. 5th Fleet. A report last month by the U.S. General Accountability Office said Washington approved $22 billion worth of military equipment transfers to the six Gulf Arab states between fiscal 2005 and 2009 through a Pentagon-managed program. More than half was earmarked for Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, including a $6.5 billion deal in 2009 for the UAE to buy the Patriot missile defense system. The UAE agreement was the largest single arms approval during the five-year period — but is dwarfed by the proposed Saudi deal. The researcher Wezeman said Iran is clearly the top perceived threat for the Gulf Arabs, but there are background concerns about Iraq's stability and the unrest in neighboring Yemen that includes Shiite Hawthi rebels and Islamic extremists linked to al-Qaida. The Saudi military was drawn into rare fighting in northern Yemen starting late last year, using airstrikes and artillery to battle a Hawthi rebellion that was spilling across the border. "Of course it's against Iran. Of course it's against Yemen," said Wezeman. "You can read between the lines ... but there are not any official statements about it." Wezeman's group issued a report this month that estimates the eight nations ringing the Gulf — including rivals Iran and Saudi Arabia — accounted for 10 percent of all conventional weapons imports between 2005-2009. The appetite was on display earlier this month when envoys from more than 50 U.S. defense and aerospace firms held talks in Abu Dhabi, where they were welcomed by the UAE's minister of foreign trade at an opulent hotel on the shores of the Gulf. As the American defense budget tightens, the Gulf's deep pockets beckon. "This is a critical time for our companies abroad as the U.S. defense budget continues to face pressures at home," said a statement from Lawrence Farrell, head of the National Defense Industrial Association based outside Washington. Jane Kinninmont, a Middle East and Africa specialist at the Economist Intelligence Unit, said concerns over Iran are the primary motivation for the Saudi arms expansion. But she wonders how much the untested Gulf forces rattle Iranian commanders who are almost all veterans of the 1980-88 war with Iraq. "I would not be surprised if the Iranians are pretty cynical about the armies here," she said during an interview in Dubai. "To put it bluntly, they've fought a war." ___ Associated Press Writers Mark Lavie and Aron Heller in Jerusalem, and Matthew Lee in Washington contributed to this report.news.yahoo.com/s/ap/ml_saudi_facing_iran

Trust me. Any vision this bad has to be real! ;D ;D You asked, you got the truth! ;D) truly,.. ;D The change coming to Eagles Disobey is on the way, but it may take a few weeks to hammer things out. In 2 days, the website will regain its active status, for the reasons everyone knows. Many people (hundreds) have written asking questions. I can't possibly get to all of them with the other responsibilities I have. I'll respond this way, with a list of important FACTS. Here are a majestic 12 of them- ;D 1. Eagles Disobey can report that the latest rumor of Dr. D's death is again WRONG. He is really in the Grotto, alive ;D, and is now listening to ATOMIC DOG with Steven, while my husband is helping him with a bolt on the Isis unit. (Bow wow wow yippie yo yippie yay! ;D) D did have a double seizure almost 2 weeks ago. He recovered completely. 2. Drs. D and M WILL be appearing in Arizona, at the IUFOC, between 02/23-27/2011. They, and our entire team (plus), will be in the area of the conference during the whole conference time. They WILL NOT be giving a presentation at the IUFOC! AS OF NOW, THEY NO LONGER GIVE FORMAL PRESENTATIONS OR INTERVIEWS ABOUT MAJIC OR D'S AND M'S TIME AT S4! Their presence at the conference is to fulfill a commitment to "Open Minds tv" which was made prior to their June 27, 2010 reswearing into the group. As I expect M to explain to everyone at the conference, should Mr. Schratt call up D to answer some limited questions, D's comments will be limited to questions/information about S4 from the "MIDDLE 1990'S." Both D and M are in direct contact with present operators, scientists, politicians, military, and other professionals at the CURRENT United States (and some other) Defense Facilities. They will not make any comments on those issues. A recent journalist asked D if he knew how to break into S4? Inappropriate? D and M are officially ACTIVE OPERATORS. They are presently holding important responsibilities. 3. D will NOT comment on the timelines. For everyone's purposes, there is ONE TIMELINE now, the one we are on. The sep is complete. We all must make the best of the reality we have. It's in our hands. D's and M's work for all of us, regarding that, was successful, and now that they are done, the only reasons for them to continue discussing it would be for "intrigue or thanks" - they are interested in neither. While many have written and called saying "thanks", and they appreciate it, the success of the outcome is thanks enough. 4. D and M will resign their present post in December, 2012. They have things in place where they could resign much earlier, but the group is forcing them to stay until the last minute of M's agreement: they're stuck. At the conclusion, in December 2012, M will publicly announce the nature of the Order in which she is an "important member." D has accepted a place in that order, and will soon receive the ring he will wear for the rest of his life. Her presence, speaking about TIMELINES and the issues we have faced together, during this time of transition, must FOREVER CEASE at that moment, D's as well. That tradition is many, many, many MILLENNIA old. They are basically stopping commenting about it now anyway. Sure, they could draw it out, but that would be like others, and just as unjust and dishonest as others. Not their way. It's the difference between real and not real. They aren't entertainers like many others. (That doesn't mean she and D have to fall off the earth. ) 5. Isis is undergoing a retrofit. Huh? The system is being changed a little, for the public's "comfort." The betatesting will be conducted during the last week of February, 2011, in Ft. McDowell, Arizona, during the time of the IUFOC conference. (The site is right between Eridanus and Grus = near Phoenix; just like D said it would be - YEARS AGO in his diary, and published with the public YEARS BEFORE OMtv took over the Congress, and then later decided to move it to Arizona. Ask D how he KNEW? The best you'll get is a smile from him. ;D) D will be present with M "at" the betatesting, along with at least 1 other individual. (Sorry no official identifications are available at this time for any of us who may be seen with D and M, at the betatesting. If questions are asked, no answers will be provided. (Information about the conference can be obtained online at ufocongress.com/. Information about Mr. Schratt's coming presentation should be sought there, directly to Open Minds tv, or in their "OPEN MINDS" magazine (both of the last which featured information about Drs. D and M) now on a MAGAZINE RACK NEAR YOU! ;D I always wanted to say that! ;D) Once more: those interested in being part of the "first" betatesting round, so Isis can be free to you, will need to be in the Ft. McDowell area during the time of the IUFOC conference. Eagles Disobey will have an official table at the IUFOC conference, but that table will ONLY display contact information directly to Dr. M, for the free Isis betatesting. (Eagles Disobey does not sell products at UFO conferences.) The table will be regularly checked, to make sure the information remains available to everyone during the betatesting time, but it will not be "tended" by a representative. (Eagles Disobey does not "tend" vendor tables at UFO conferences.) The direct contact numbers will also be displayed publicly on the Eagles Disobey website during the conference time. 6. Tier 1? Tier 1 is expected to be operating in the public by LATE SPRING 2011. (To date, one of our companies has filed over 220 official forms with Clark County, the State of Nevada, and multiple agencies within the United States Government. To date, we have received over 90 "serious" guesses by people from inside the "we want the public to believe we have real government access" ufo intelligence spuds ;D. To date, NONE of the guesses have been correct. Then again, if they had real access, they wouldn't need to guess. The paperwork filed is not restricted from even low-level access. ;D Just like they failed to even find Caltech's website ;D they apparently can't find this either.) The team, laughing, suggested this song for people like Wilc/ck (and his great $65,000 advance! ;D), Collins (with a not real publisher, not even a business, but he does live near a comic book store ;D), Doty (if anyone can find him if he's still ticketing motorists in New Mexico? ;D Car 54 where are yooooooo? ;D) Novel (hiding in Desert Hot Springs while stroking a Hazbro playset Raam-Saucer ;D and saying, ohhhh baby! ;D), and a few others claiming DEEEEEEEEEP ACCESSSSS, while only being "Return to Witch Mountain" specials: ;D (For those who like those kinds of entertainers, don't worry, they'll keep telling you whatever you want to hear. ;D In numbers, just like the end of the video!) Factoid about TIER 1: a. will be a legal business, operating within Clark County, Nevada, and will have a drive to, walk in to, access location. b. will be handling a great deal of capital (for those in the above list that means MONEY ;D), and will host from very small issues, to very large governmental interface. (The reasons behind M running this particular type of business will not be overtly stated, but remember the old adage - AND WE'LL USE IT OURSELVES NOW: FOLLOW THE MONEY. ) We're telling everyone, right now, that we are going to be THERE in plain sight! That's real important, because that ensures we won't be "really" seen. ;D We don't wish to be rude but we have assessed that ufology is not smart enough to figure anything out unless they are told it straight, then handed the information on a platter. That means that while they know (and some just......duh.......realizing) what access we've had, and will even be told where we are operating, they'll never be able to learn anything we don't want them to know. We'll let the prime snoops from Ufology look at it from the outside and say, "Ah, nothing could be going on!" ;D Freedom! ;D We are announcing ;D that we will have the real operating snoops working for us just in case anyone does get too close to too many realities. ;D We DO have PEOPLE. They aren't nice. D has just hours ago authorized major funds for them for Tier 1. My husband will run the team. (One can imagine what kind of people our contacts reach to. ) (content and language warning)c. will have a publicly defined access location, with address and contact telephone numbers. d. will play host to a publicly known office location of Dr. Dan Burisch. Will D have anything to do with the actual business there? No. His name will NOT be on any office sign along with M's and at least 1 or maybe 2 others (at Tier 1 anyway -D would say hint, hint ;D), but he will have an established internal office there, and will be observable coming to and going from there with M and others. I am still not allowed to say more about what he might be doing inside that location, but you already know what he might be doing from a Desk in the Grotto. e. Does this mean that some of Majestic is coming out in the open? Draw your own conclusions. 7. Tier 2? Factoid about TIER 2: a. D is really interested in Tier 2. ;D b. No other facts are available......................yet. 8. The future of ARGGO? It's ongoing. It is still being built. It is a very technical and difficult machine to build. It will be completed and deployed. 9. D's next book? He is expected to "frame the theory" for writing, sometime in January, 2011. 10. The future of Isis? Isis-B (the public one): After all the betatesting and an independent external check, and improvements as what people will see in 02/2011 will not be its final form, we expect to market services. The services may be in multiple locations or even "mobile". Isis-P (what we have deployed in the Eastern Pacific and the Gulf of Mexico): we have several businesses (both U.S. and other) in contact with us, for possible contracted services. Data is now crawling in from the Eastern Pacific. D will evaluate it. How about what we did in the Gulf? Old report- SEE? THE MSM HAS IT ALL DOWN! ;D OFFICIALLY, as of today: "The entire Eagles Team is satisfied with the performance of the Isis-P and Lotus Units in the Gulf of Mexico. Drs. Burisch and McDowell will to especially thank their team members, Brian Stansfield ("Owl," official: Corvus 1) and Ann McDowell ("Heartlove," official: Spoiler) for their outstanding work and personal sacrifices during this crisis. They also wish to extend deep and heartfelt thanks to the entire extended team that responded and sometimes worked in the oil itself to rescue birds and other animals." 11. M is still expected to make D available for some conversations, in 2011. Stay tuned. 12. More about what's coming? Stay tuned. From all those around D&M, Fran ADC, Dr. M COO, Eagles Disobey

X-RAY VANS: Security Measure, or Invasion of Privacy?By Diane Macedo Published October 22, 2010 FoxNews.com Oct. 13, 2010: The Z Backscatter Van uses detects contraband like explosives, drugs or people in hiding with an X-Ray mechanism that has no need for a detector on the far side of an object, allowing it to be extremely mobile, versatile and built into a commercially available van. slideshow — www.foxnews.com/slideshow/scitech/2010/10/19/z-backscatter-vans/#slide=1Oct. 13, 2010: The Z Backscatter Van uses detects contraband like explosives, drugs or people in hiding with an X-Ray mechanism that has no need for a detector on the far side of an object, allowing it to be extremely mobile, versatile and built into a commercially available van. Privacy advocates worried about x-ray scanners making their way around U.S. airports may be surprised to know the technology is also making its way onto America's streets. The Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. military and even local law enforcement agencies are buying and deploying mobile X-ray vans that can see into the interior of vehicles around them. The Z Backscatter Van (ZBV), manufactured by American Science and Engineering (AS&E), can be used to detect contraband such as car bombs, drugs and people in hiding. But the vans, which can also see through clothing and into some buildings, are raising privacy concerns as well as questions about health risks -- and what might happen if the technology gets into the wrong hands. FoxNews.com was given a rare ride-along in a ZBV at a U.S. seaport in Elizabeth, N.J. Related Video video — video.foxnews.com/v/4385839/Like airport scanners, the ZBVs use Z Backscatter technology to detect materials that contain low atomic numbers. This allows them to detect organic matter that doesn't show up well in traditional X-ray images -- including explosives and plastic weapons – in addition to metal and other materials. The technology also works in such a way that the X-Ray mechanism has no need for a detector on the far side of an object, allowing it to be extremely mobile, versatile and capable of being into a commercially available van. Once equipped, the van -- which looks like a standard delivery van -- takes less than 15 seconds to scan a vehicle; it can be operated remotely from more than 1,500 feet and can be equipped with optional technology to identify radioactivity as well. The Z Backscatter vans range in cost from $729,000 to $825,000. The DHS says they have been a huge asset at the nation's ports and borders, and at major crowd events like the Super bowl. "Using the ZBV vans over the past couple of years, we've gotten over a thousand seizures and 89,000 pounds worth of narcotics, approximately $4 million worth of currency, and we've also uncovered 10 or 11 undeclared aliens within vehicles," said Patrick Simmons, Director of Non-Intrusive Inspection at Customs and Border Protection. "Again, we don't purposely scan for people, but if they're in there hiding, the ZBV will be able to spot them." But according to the AS&E website, ZBVs also can peer through clothing and into "lightly constructed" buildings, raising serious concerns among privacy advocates. "A van that can drive down the street and look through people's clothes, look into vehicles and even peer into your home? I think that's an invasion of privacy and not what we should be doing," Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz told FoxNews.com. AS&E says the system's primary purpose is to screen vehicles and containers for contraband and security threats, and it doesn't violate a person's privacy in the rare event an individual is scanned. "If a person, such as an illegal stowaway, is present in the vehicle or container being scanned, the system creates only a silhouette with no facial or body detail," the website says. "The system cannot be used to identify an individual, or the race or age of the person." But Chaffetz, who is working on legislation aimed at limiting the use of the backscatter body scanners in airports, says the vans need restrictions.
"There's an appropriate use for these machines -- at ports for instance, coming across the border and inspecting vehicles, hostage situations. But the company that develops these vans says they've sold more than 500 of these roving vans and I don't know who's purchased them," he said. "I think we need to know."But it's hard to know exactly who owns ZBVs, because AS&E has never fully disclosed its buyers. "Due to the highly sensitive nature of the markets that our products serve, AS&E respects the individual requests of our customers to be confidential," the company says on its website. In a June 2009 press release the company said it sold 400 ZBVs to 85 customers in 46 countries. The company has since raised that number to 500, saying some of those purchases are now going to local U.S. law enforcement agencies.A search of the site and additional company press releases showed that its clients include ( phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=111923&p=irol-news&nyo=0 ): - U.S. Customs and Border Protection - U.S. Transportation Security Administration - U.S. Domestic Nuclear Detection Office - U.S. Department of Defense, including U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Marines - North Atlantic Treaty Organization - Royal Thai Police - HM Customs & Excise (U.K.) - New Zealand Customs Service - Hong Kong Customs - Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority - National Customs Agency of Bulgaria Other releases are more vague, however, identifying the purchasers only as "the U.S government," a "Latin American customs agency," an "international government agency," "U.S. law enforcement officials," a "South American government," a "Middle Eastern country," a "Middle Eastern government," a "Middle East government agency," a "Middle East law enforcement agency," a "South American law enforcement agency," a "new African customer," a "European Union (EU) and an Asia Pacific (APAC) client," and a "Middle Eastern customer." That ambiguity has Chaffetz worried. "In a hostage situation you want to be able to peer into the house, I buy that," Chaffetz said. "But in the hands of a private individual? That scares the living daylights out of me. "It was cute when Superman had these powers, but now that it's reality we need to think through how we're going to do this. I don't want a stranger peering through the walls of my home watching my kids." Jay Stanley, a senior policy analyst for the ACLU, says knowing the vans are being used on the streets, even by local law enforcement agencies, is troublesome. "We don't know who all those agencies are or what they're using them for," he said. "…This technology has the potential to be a tremendous invasion of people's privacy."
FoxNews.com asked police departments in the Department of Homeland Security's five highest-ranked terror risk areas -- New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and Chicago -- if they use ZBVs. The New York Police Department confirmed it does but wouldn't say how."Yes, we do utilize this technology; however, we're unable to divulge any specifics of the use due to confidentiality concerns," Det. Cheryl Crispin of the NYPD told FoxNews.com. San Francisco PD said they do not use the vans. The other departments did not respond. Constitution Attorney Noel Francisco says most, if not all, state privacy laws would prohibit individuals or private companies from abusing the vans, while the Fourth Amendment prohibits law enforcement agencies from doing the same. "If you take this thing and point it at somebody's house or point it at somebody's car, you're engaging in a search of that individual," Francisco said. "You can't do that without a warrant or probable cause."
But since it's virtually impossible to detect a ZBV search, Francisco said the law would be harder to enforce, raising the need for more guidelines."It's certainly very useful for certain types of things, like anti-terror detection, but we may want to put into place some kind of guidelines on where and when they can use that. Much like wiretapping," he said. Another issue with the machines is their potential health hazards.
"So long as a person is somewhere away, like tens of feet, the dose isn't that high, it's very, very low indeed," Arizona State University Professor Peter Rez, an expert in radiation physics, told FoxNews.com. But if a person were to walk next to the van while it was scanning, Rez said, "Then I would start getting worried."AS&E says the system is safe for operators and subjects, and that "one scan of the ZBV is equivalent to flying in an airplane at altitude for two minutes." Rez says the levels would be fine in most cases, but in certain circumstances they could pose a small risk. "Let's assume a pregnant woman pushing a stroller slowly walks by this van and is quite close to the side of the van, maybe within one to two feet. This woman and her baby could receive a few micro Sv, still not a high number but more than the NS 43.17 standard allows," he told FoxNews.com. Kevin McCabe, Chief of U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Antiterrorism Contraband Enforcement Team, says DHS takes all the proper precautions when it comes to safety. "When we utilize these machines we actually have people deployed around our perimeter to ensure that no one is radiated inadvertently… and my general understanding is even if you were exposed to a dosage from one of these machines, it would be equivalent to a chest x-ray or less," McCabe told FoxNews.com. Simmons adds that given the limited image the ZBVs show of a person, the only reason to scan someone would be to detect contraband, and given the limited image it would show of a home, there's little use for them outside their intended security purposes. "You'd have to be inches away from the house, you'd be better off just looking into the window," Simmons said. "And, again, a house has a pretty thick foundation. If it was brick or something like that I'm not sure the ZBV's even powerful enough to get through that." Rez says one of his students reported using a ZBV at the U.N. while he was serving in the military. "It was a secondary screening mechanism for trucks going into a loading dock, but it was on a public street and they were just scanning people and nobody was being told this was going on," Rez told FoxNews.com. "That kind of shocked me. …I think they're being used in a more widespread manner than people would have one believe." Regardless of whether regulations are passed in relation to the vans, McCabe says the benefits far outweigh the risks. "If local law enforcement had intelligence information that something was going to happen, there was going to be some sort of an attack and they have identified an area… it would be very useful to know where a problem might be before it happens," he said. www.foxnews.com/scitech/2010/10/19/x-ray-vans-security-measure-invasion-privacy/www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGAIJVk1028'Feds radiating Americans'? Mobile X-ray vans hit US streetsThe Christian Science Monitor By Patrik Jonsson Patrik Jonsson – Wed Sep 29, 7:45 pm ETAtlanta – For many living in a terror-spooked country, it might seem like a great government innovation: Use vans equipped with mobile X-ray units to scan vehicles at major sporting events, or even randomly, for bombs or contraband. But news that the US is buying custom-made vans packed with something called backscatter X-ray capacity has riled privacy advocates and sparked internet worries about "feds radiating Americans." "This really trips up the creep factor because it's one of those things that you sort of intrinsically think the government shouldn't be doing," says Vermont-based privacy expert Frederick Lane, author of "American Privacy." "But, legally, the issue is the boundary between the government's legitimate security interest and privacy expectations we enjoy in our cars." American Science & Engineering, a Billerica, Mass.-company, tells Forbes it's sold more than 500 ZBVs, or Z Backscatter Vans, to US and foreign governments. The Department of Defense has bought the most for war zone use, but US law enforcement has also deployed the vans to search for bombs inside the US, according to Joe Reiss, a company spokesman, as quoted by Forbes. On Tuesday, a counterterror operation snarled truck traffic on I-20 near Atlanta, where Department of Homeland Security teams used mobile X-ray technology to check the contents of truck trailers. Authorities said the inspections weren't prompted by any specific threat. The mobile X-ray technology works by bouncing narrow X-ray streams off an object like a car and then analyzing the scatter rate of the returning rays. Operators can then locate less-dense objects that could be bodies or bombs. Backscatter X-ray is already part of an ongoing national debate about its use in so-called full body scanners being deployed in many US airports. In that case, US officials have said they will not store or share the images and will use masking technology to avoid revealing details of the human body. Nevertheless, information security advocates have filed suit to stop their deployment, citing concerns about privacy. Security experts say expanding the X-ray technology for use on American streets is a powerful counterterror strategy. They also point out the images do not not offer the kind of detail that would be embarrasing to anyone. Moreover, law enforcement already has broad search-and-seizure powers on public highways, where a search warrant is often not needed for officers to instigate a physical search. But others worry that radiating Americans without their knowledge is evidence of gradually eroding constitutional protections in the post-9/11 age. "Regardless of where you fall on the spectrum of national security … you have to be realistic that this is another way in which the government is capturing information they may lose control over," says Mr. Lane. "I just have some real problems with the idea of even beginning a campaign of rolling surveillance of American citizens, which is what this essentially is." news.yahoo.com/s/csm/329052

Indonesia’s Mount Merapi volcano eruptsnews.nationalpost.com/2010/10/26/indonesias-mount-merapi-volcano-erupts/Agence France-Presse October 26, 2010 – 8:45 am YOGYAKARTA, Indonesia — Indonesia’s Mount Merapi erupted three times on Tuesday, emitting searing clouds and volcanic ash, a volcanologist said. “We heard three explosions around 06:00 pm [local time] spewing volcanic material as high as 1.5 kilometres and sending heat clouds down the slopes,” government volcanologist Surono told AFP. Before the latest eruption people living in the shadow of Indonesia’s most active volcano had been warned to evacuate or risk being killed. Authorities had put an area 10 kilometres around the crater of Mount Merapi on red alert Monday, ordering 19,000 people to flee. A three-month-old baby died of breathing difficulties on Tuesday, a doctor told local television, in the first fatality from the eruption. “This eruption is certainly bigger than the 2006 eruption during which the heat clouds occurred for only seven minutes after the eruption,” Mr. Surono said. “Today’s eruption released heat clouds of gas and ash down the slopes for about two hours. We cannot tell you how far the searing clouds went down on the slopes because it’s dark.” Television footage showed thousands of people fleeing Tuesday’s eruptions in panic, some covered in white ash, as officials with loudhailers tried to help them escape the area. The 2006 blast Mr. Surono referred to killed two people. Before the latest eruption officials said nearly 15,000 people had ignored evacuation orders despite several minor eruptions that sent lava spewing down Merapi’s southern slopes. Many people sleeping in camps returned to their homes during the day to work and tend to their cattle. Some men refused to leave altogether, confident they would be able to escape. Field coordinator Widi Sutikno, of the Sleman district on the southern slopes of the 2,914-metre mountain, said only about 3,700 people out of 11,400 in his area had sought shelter in makeshift refuges. “We have evacuated many women, pregnant women, sick people, elderly people and children,” Mr. Sutikno said. “We let some people return to their fields for their daily activity. But they need to go back to the camps and not their houses,” he said. Sukamto, 50, a farmer, said his family had been evacuated but he still needed to tend his cows. “It’s still fine for me to work, as I can see when the volcano will erupt from here. I work at around eight kilometres from the top of Merapi and I think it’s still safe,” Mr. Sukamto said. “However, I still have to be really careful here,” he said. A woman covers her baby as she runs from ash falling from an erupting volcano at Kaliurang village in Sleman, near Indonesia's ancient city of Yogyakarta on October 26, 2010 The Jakarta Post reported that Merapi had erupted three times on Monday afternoon, spewing lava down its southern and southeastern slopes. Indonesia has more active volcanoes than any other country. Volcanologists have warned that Merapi currently has more energy than before the June 2006 blast, its last fatal eruption. Its deadliest eruption occurred in 1930 when more than 1,300 people were killed. Heat clouds from another eruption in 1994 killed more than 60 people. The volcano lies around 25 kilometres north of the city of Yogyakarta on Java island. In August, the 2,460-metre Mount Sinabung on the island of Sumatra erupted for the first time in 400 years, sending thousands of people into temporary shelters and disrupting flights. Mount Sinabung is near Lake Toba, a 100-kilometre long volcanic crater that some archaeologists believe threatened the survival of the human race when it erupted between 69,000 and 77,000 years ago.
