Hi Everyone.. A few weeks ago I posted about being so very disappointed that I couldn't announce our brand new, shiny, FEMALE lead Government, due to a hung Parliament. Well TAH DAH !! As of a few minutes ago .. we now have a FEMALE Prime Minister ;D and the most GREEN PARTY representatives in the Senate, in Oz history. The Greens are our Environmentalist party and methinks the Japanese whalers may rue the day Independents break election deadlock in Australia By the CNN Wire Staff edition.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/asiapc....-kj4s&wom=falseSeptember 7, 2010 -- Updated 0601 GMT (1401 HKT) CNN) -- Two independent lawmakers from rural Australia broke a parliamentary deadlock on Tuesday, giving the country its first elected female prime minister. Prime Minister Julia Gillard now has the votes to form a government, but lacks a mandate. A national election on August 21 didn't produce a clear winner. That pitted Gillard against conservative Tony Abbott in the quest for the independents' support. Gillard and Abbott needed 76 votes for a parliamentary majority. Independent parliament members Bob Katter, Rob Oakeshott and Tony Windsor held the upper hand in down-to-the-wire political deal-making. In the final hour, Katter announced that he would cast his vote with Abbott. Then Windsor and Oakeshott sided with Gillard. At a news conference on Tuesday afternoon, Windsor and Oakeshott spelled out how they made their decisions. They described negotiation points that included the need to balance rural priorities with urban ones, such as broadband access and education. "No one in any city needs to be scared. We are asking for equity," Oakeshott said. He described extensive talks with Gillard and Abbott, and disenfranchised groups, before he and Windsor made their choice. Oakeshott also stressed that Gillard lacks a mandate, and that the independents' continuing support depends on Gillard's government keeping faith. Balancing urban-rural priorities and dealing with immigration and an aging workforce are among Australia's top political issues. The country's economy has stayed relatively strong despite the global economic crisis. The demand for commodities from trading partners such as China have helped bolster resource-rich Australia. In July, the country posted a 5.2 percent unemployment rate, according to the Australia Bureau of Statistics. By comparison, the U.S. unemployment rate stood at 9.6 percent in August

Microbes are eating BP oil without using up oxygennews.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100907/ap_on_sc/us_sci_gulf_spill_where_s_the_oilBy SETH BORENSTEIN, AP Science Writer WASHINGTON – Government scientists studying the BP disaster are reporting the best possible outcome: Microbes are consuming the oil in the Gulf without depleting the oxygen in the water and creating "dead zones" where fish cannot survive. Outside scientists said this so far vindicates the difficult and much-debated decision by BP and the government to use massive amounts of chemical dispersants deep underwater to break up the oil before it reached the surface. Oxygen levels in some places where the BP oil spilled are down by 20 percent, but that is not nearly low enough to create dead zones, according to the 95-page report released Tuesday. In an unusual move, BP released 771,000 gallons of chemical dispersant about a mile deep, right at the spewing wellhead instead of on the surface, to break down the oil into tiny droplets. The idea was to make it easier for oil-eating microbes to do their job. But the risk was that the microbes would use up the oxygen in the water. So BP had to perform a delicate balancing act. "Has it hit the sweet spot? Yes. Was it by design? Partly," said Steve Murawski, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration senior scientist who headed the federal team of researchers. One reason that oxygen levels didn't drop too low was the natural mixing of water in the Gulf, which kept bringing in oxygen from other areas, Murawski said. Oxygen levels would have had to fall by three-quarters for the water to be classified as a dead zone, he said. The Gulf of Mexico already has a yearly major problem with a natural dead zone — this year, it is the size of Massachusetts — because of farm runoff coming down the Mississippi River. Fertilizer in the runoff stimulates the runaway growth of algae, depleting the oxygen in a giant patch of the Gulf every summer. Federal officials had been tracking oxygen levels and use of dispersants since the spill, which spewed more than 200 million gallons of oil into the Gulf between April and July. Had the oxygen plummeted near dangerous levels, the dispersant use would have been stopped, said Greg Wilson, science adviser at the Environmental Protection Agency's emergency management office. The use of dispersants has been a source of fierce debate because it involves an environmental trade-off: protecting the shoreline from oil at the risk of causing unknown problems in the deep. While dispersants make it easier for bacteria to degrade the oil, they tend to hide oil below the surface. There have also been concerns about the chemicals' toxicity and the long-term effects on marine life. In May, the federal government convened about 50 scientists for advice on whether to continue using the dispersants. Though the researchers were divided before the meeting, they unanimously recommended continuing with the chemicals, said University of California Davis oil spill scientist Ron Tjeerdema. "The best of two options — neither of which were great — was to continue dispersing," Tjeerdema said. Louisiana State University researcher Ed Overton, who also was part of that meeting, said he feels vindicated. "Right now it looks like an incredibly good idea," he said. "It was a risky but necessary application. Damage was going to be done somewhere." But Overton said it may be years before scientists know if there is long-term damage from the dispersants. Last month, after federal officials said much of the oil had dissolved, dispersed or evaporated, outside researchers were skeptical. Two new studies called that into question, finding that invisible underwater plumes of oil remained deep underwater. But Tuesday's report dovetails with another outside study, published last month, announcing the discovery of a new oil-consuming microbe in the Gulf that was flourishing on BP's spill. The sagging oxygen levels also lend more weight to the government's claims last month that microbes are consuming oil, because there would be no dip in oxygen if the bacteria weren't feeding on the BP leftovers, Murawski said. The new work is based on data collected from May through August at 419 locations by nine government and private research ships in the Gulf. Larry McKinney, director of a Gulf of Mexico research center at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, said the new federal data showed that it was a "nearly perfect" outcome. "They hit it on the head, which is good," said McKinney, who was not involved in the report.

Microbes munch oil, haven't robbed Gulf of oxygenBy Seth Borenstein, Ap Science Writer – 1 hr 3 mins ago WASHINGTON – Federal scientists are reporting the best possible scenario for BP's leaked oil: Microbes are munching the underwater oil, but not robbing the Gulf of Mexico of much needed oxygen or creating so-called "dead zones." Oxygen levels in some places where the BP oil spilled are down by 20 percent, but that's not nearly low enough to create the dead zones where fish can't live, according to a 95-page report released Tuesday. Trying to disperse the oil underwater is like walking a tightrope. In an unusual move, BP released 771,000 gallons of chemical dispersant at the leaking well head, about a mile deep, instead of just on the water surface to break up the oil into tiny droplets. That makes it easier for the oil-eating microbes to do their job, but in doing so they deplete the water of oxygen at places. Scientists were hoping that the oil was degrading but not at a rate that would cause lack of oxygen problems. "Has it hit the sweet spot? Yes. Was it by design? Partly," said Steve Murawski (murr-OW-ski), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration senior scientist who headed the federal team. Oxygen levels would have had to drop another 70 percent to be classified as dead zones, he said. The Gulf of Mexico already has a yearly major problem with a natural dead zone — the size of Massachusetts this year — because of farm runoff coming down the Mississippi River. Federal officials had been tracking oxygen levels and use of chemical dispersants since the oil spill. Had the oxygen plummeted near dangerous levels, the dispersant use would have been stopped, said Greg Wilson, science adviser at the Environmental Protection Agency's emergency management office. Dispersant use is the source of fierce debate. While it makes it easier for bacteria to degrade the oil, it also tends to hide oil below the surface, and there are concerns about toxicity One reason that oxygen levels didn't drop too low is because of natural mixing in the Gulf, which kept bringing oxygen from other areas into the lower oxygen levels, Murawski said. But there were indications that the bacteria was eating the oil underwater — at depths of about 3,300 feet — because oxygen levels sagged, lending more weight to claims last month by the government that much of the oil had degraded, dissolved or evaporated, Murawski said. From April to July, about 172 million gallons of oil flowed into the Gulf of Mexico from the damaged well. Last month, two non-governmental academic teams of researchers found invisible underwater plumes of oil remained deep underwater in the Gulf The new work is based on data collected from May through August at 419 locations by nine government and private research ships in the Gulf. Larry McKinney, director of a Gulf of Mexico research center at Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, said the new federal data showed that it was a "nearly perfect" outcome. "They hit it on the head, which is good," said McKinney, who was not involved in the report. But he noted that earlier pronouncements by the federal government — like last month's about most of the oil being gone — were viewed suspiciously by outside scientists as overly optimistic and because supporting data wasn't made public. He said the federal government has "created this cloud of suspicion that maybe they didn't need to if they were just more open." ___ Online: NOAA report: tinyurl.com/39cbbs4 news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100907/ap_on_sc/us_sci_gulf_spill_where_s_the_oil Hi GG -- There are some interesting alterations in the newer version of this report which came out a mere five hours or so later. The revised version certainly spins the chemical dispersants as a "good thing" while the take-away on the earlier version is pretty neutral about dispersants. Very interesting!! Also interesting is that both reports carry the same link -- to the newer version. The earlier version is essentially dead, but it's been captured here for us to compare This is once again proof that we are wise to post entire articles, rather than just links. I'd like to point again to the NOAA report, which is in PDF format to download -- NOAA report: tinyurl.com/39cbbs4 love! Jen.

Hundreds of Looted Artifacts Returned to IraqVoice of America Tuesday, September 7th, 2010 at 8:10 pmIraqi officials have announced the return of hundreds of artifacts looted during the Iraq war that had ended up in the U.S. and other countries. Many of the 542 pieces date to 2,000 B.C. and were stolen when the Iraqi National Museum and various archaeological sites were looted after the 2003 U.S.-led invasion. Some were taken earlier. But Iraq’s ambassador to the United States, Samir Sumaidaie, who appeared Tuesday at a ceremony displaying the items in Baghdad, said a previous shipment of 632 antiquities recovered in the U.S. is still missing after being delivered to Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s office last year. Sumaidaie has not directly accused Mr. al-Maliki of malfeasance. Only half of the 15,000 items stolen from Iraq after the invasion have been recovered. The most prominent of Tuesday’s returned items, a headless 4,400-year-old statue of King Entemena of Lagash, is the oldest known representation of a monarch from ancient Mesopotamia. The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation had listed the theft of the statue, weighing over 136 kilograms, among the world’s top 10 art crimes. It was recovered in a 2006 U.S. sting operation. An even older pair of gold earrings from the ancient Assyrian city of Nimrud, stolen from the National Museum in the 1990s and seized in New York City last year before being auctioned , were also returned. The New York Times newspaper also reported the return of 362 cuneiform clay tablets smuggled out of Iraq before the invasion, then seized by U.S. authorities and rescued from the ruins of the World Trade Center, where they had been stored.
Ancient cylindrical seals used by the Sumerians were also displayed at Tuesday’s ceremony.Among the newest pieces returned to Iraq is a chrome-plated AK-47 machine gun with a pearl hand grip and an image of Saddam Hussein that belonged to the former Iraqi dictator. The assault rifle had been taken by an American soldier as a war trophy and was retrieved by U.S. customs agents from an army base in Washington. The U.S. military was heavily criticized for not protecting the Iraqi National Museum’s relics and art after Baghdad fell in 2003. Thieves ransacked the collection, stealing or destroying priceless artifacts that chronicled some 7,000 years of civilization in Mesopotamia, including the ancient Babylonians, Sumerians and Assyrians. Some information in this story was provided by AP and Reuters.blogs.voanews.com/breaking-news/2010/09/07/hundreds-of-looted-artifacts-returned-to-iraq-2/

New Zealand's 29 Continuing Quakes after 7.1M one & Damage Report. 9.8.10 abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory?id=11554283DAMAGE REPORT: The above URL three-page ABC news report by Ray Lilly from Wellington, New Zealand describes damage from the large 7.1 earthquake (later listed as 7.0M) that happened near Christchurch, New Zealand last Saturday, 9.4.10, their date. EXCERPTS: "Chimneys and walls crumbled to the ground, roads cracked in half and residents were knocked off their feet as a powerful magnitude-7.1 earthquake rocked New Zealand's South Island early Saturday." "Prime Minister John KeyJohn Key, who flew to Christchurch to inspect the damage, said it was 'an absolute miracle' that no one had died." "He warned it could be months before the full extent of the damage was known, but said initial assessments suggested it could cost at least 2 billion New Zealand dollars ($1.4 billion) to repair." "As evening approached and a damaged historic building near the city center burst into flames, officials ordered residents to stay in their homes until Sunday morning. Parker said the curfew would help prevent people from going near about 120 inner-city buildings that were badly damaged." "Only two serious injuries were reported from the quake, which shook thousands of people awake when it struck at 4:35 a.m. ...There were reports of some people trapped inside damaged buildings — though none appeared to be crushed by rubble — and a few looters broke into some damaged shops in the city of 400,000." Electricity was out, roads were not open due to debris, "gas and water supplies were disrupted and older buildings were crumbling, according to Christchurch Mayor Bob Parker. He warned that "continuing aftershocks could cause masonry to fall from damaged buildings." He continued, "We're all feeling scared — we've just had some significant aftershocks," he told TV One News. "Tonight we're just people in the face of a massive natural disaster, trying to help each other ... and we're grateful we haven't lost a life." UPDATE since Saturday, 9.4.10 in New Zealand: On New Zealand's date of "Thursday, September 9, 2010," more earthquakes occured with magnitudes of 4.2, 3.5, 3.7 and 4.5 after the major 7.0 earthquake hit last Saturday, 9.4.10 (New Zealand date; it was 9.3 in the USA.) We've been asked some of those "what are D and M doing right now?" questions. ;D They are preparing for the Angel Eagles run, which people will see, but, privately today, they have been sitting for their "yearly ring." They were married with Navajo hand-designed Blue Opal and Silver rings. The rings were designed for THEM. They only wear those rings for very special occasions, but ALWAYS wear hand crafted Navajo rings JUST FOR THEM. Right now they are wearing a slimmer Blue Opal and Silver from the same artist as their marriage ring, but they are sitting for another Navajo artist RIGHT NOW, to have their next "daily wear" Opal and Silver ring designed and set. The NEW ring will be on their RIGHT RING FINGER (their chosen marriage finger) by the time the public sees them at Ft. McDowell. They have plans to have a daily ring designed for them for every year of their life, what they call their "PERPETUAL HONEYMOON" (after the 18 year "War for Everything" to be together). After each year, their daily ring is retired to a special ring tray, which was started when their marriage ring was first added to it. They call the ring display tray (the kind with foam to show the rings), their TIME TRAY. Lovers in Love. You've asked so: that's what they are doing right now! Love , Fran

"After his second, closer look at the quake damage on Wednesday, Prime Minister John Key said he thought that rebuilding the city would cost more than the initial estimate of 2 billion New Zealand dollars ($1.4 billion), with at least 500 buildings already condemned and about 100,000 of the area's 160,000 houses damaged." He canceled a nine-day trip to Britain and France. "Treasury Secretary John WhiteheadJohn Whitehead later said the full bill for quake damage could reach NZ$4 billion, with the nation's Earthquake Commission likely to pay half of that." The article cites "280 aftershocks, 3.0 M and above" and adds that people "would have felt 150 of them." Read the rest of this article which describes a striking result of this quake (in the city of "400,000" people): "ripping open a new fault line in the Earth's surface, smashing buildings and homes, wrecking roads and disrupting the central city." "The city center remained cordoned off by troops Wednesday, as authorities extended a state of civil emergency for another seven days." Only workers and owners of buildings are permitted entrance. abcnews.go.com/Technology/wireStory?id=11579212Another report said that the roads were cleared and power had been restored. Hello everyone, a tired Frances here! ;D We joined the Eagles on the Operation El Paso 2010, during it, because of the amount given away. The operation is done and within the next 24 hours I expect I can start the videos for this latest operation, the Seattle Sea Eagles' video, and Orb Video's 4-5.
In the mean time I have an announcement on behalf of Eagles Disobey.
Soon, Eagles Disobey will be making the formal announcement on the front of the website that Drs. Dan and Marci will be appearing at the Ft. McDowell IUFOC conference in late February, 2011. As we get nearer to that appearance, Eagles Disobey will tell the public exactly how it can participate in the "PROJECT ISIS BETA TESTING" during the timeframe of that conference. One ket to the participation will be a simple "table" placed on the IUFOC vendor's floor at the "International UFO Congress." That table, NOT OCCUPIED WITH EITHER PERSONNEL FROM EAGLES DISOBEY, OR PRODUCTS FOR SALE (as we are NOT UFO merchandise vendors, and no offense but nor should we EVER be confused as such), will contain THE information for participating in the FREE beta-testing. The information will probably be cross-posted on the front of Eagles Disobey at the same time. (More information as we near the time.)
ALSO:
I have been informed by Dr. Marci that the OPEN MINDStv PUBLICATION, containing a stunning amount of inside information and the TRUE history of the REAL UFO COVERUP INVOLVING THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD, may be published (we are hearing around 90 pages) within the next few hours on the web! Eagles Disobey will announce it when it happens and host a link to it.
Want to know the truth, without garbage added to it? Read the publication. DRS. DAN AND MARCI, the TWO WHO ARE ONE, sent from THE MAJESTIC to tell THE TRUTH, have been DIRECTLY involved with the content, disclosing never before seen or read information to the investigators of OPEN MINDStv.

DAN SAYS, " WE LOVE YOU, AUSTRALIA!"
